  • Description: Students will plan and execute a bubble tea station at a mock community event. They will be responsible for preparing and serving bubble tea to “customers” (other students or volunteers), focusing on efficiency, customer service, and teamwork.
  • Instructions:
    1. Organize students into teams, assigning roles such as tea brewer, tapioca pearl cook, server, and cashier.
    2. Set up a mock bubble tea station in the classroom or school event space.
    3. Have students prepare and serve bubble tea to their “customers,” ensuring they follow proper hygiene and food safety practices.
    4. After the event, hold a debriefing session where students reflect on the experience, discussing what they learned about managing a bubble tea station and serving the community.
